Hello! Thanks for viewing my profile and considering me for your signing project. I’m a fully bonded and state-commissioned independent remote online notary with a total of 5 years as a notary. I’m very enthusiastic about the possibility of being hired for your project!
Upon request, I can submit a copy of my notary bond, E&O insurance, and any other necessary documentation.
I’m also an NNA certified and background screened Signing Agent in the state of Maryland
List of Document types (but not limited to) I provide RON:

  • Articles of incorporation
  • Vendor contracts
  • Employment contracts
  • Commercial leases
  • Statements, Verifications

RON Document fees are as follows:
DOCUMENT FEE – $25 This fee is for one or two signers per document. There are no “per notary seal” fees like traditional notarizations.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION FEE  $5 per signer (REQUIRED FOR RON) (non-refundable) (limit of two signers). The identity verification fee can be waived if the remote notary agent knows the signer.
LOAN SIGNING AGENT FEE  $ 8-10 Documents more than 25 pages may cost more than documents with 25 or fewer pages. If you’re not an agent, you can remove this section.
1 – $55
2 – $100
This fee is for all documents signed during the RON session. If your document(s) requires one or two witnesses, you must use UrTecPro’s verified witnesses which will be provided during the session.
To complete the remote notary process every client must meet the following technical requirements:
Internet Speed
You must have a high-speed, reliable connection to the internet. If your connection is spotty, the session may drop-out.
Multiple Signers Need Separate Devices
Each signer or witness in an online notary session must come online at the same time using their own compatible device (no sharing). An email is sent to each signer’s email address, which contains the links for the signer(s) to go online.
You Must Use a Supported Web Browser
This is very important. We found Google Chrome to work best during the online notary process.
Test Your Webcam and Microphone
Prior to your session, we recommend you test both your webcam and microphone. Doing so will ensure a better overall experience. You can perform a Google search for, “Webcam and microphone test”. We recommend the following site:
