Currently I am a Technical Support Representative. I have a few years being a Desktop Support Technician as well. I have knowledge of most types of systems. And I learn fast if it’s something new to me. In my spare time I have taken some graphic design courses as well.

minor repairs to computer hardware, such as replacing hard drives, upgrading RAM and connecting peripherals. I have basic knowledge installing applications and hardware drivers. Setting up workstations for associates is also among my job duties as well as facilitating security and management with asset tracking and setting up employee access. I ensure all workstations are functioning and available to the DevOps team on a daily basis. I also assist with photo quality by ensuring DSLR cameras are calibrated correctly and all lighting and backdrops are set up and functioning properly. I monitor Looker reports to spot potential issues on photographs.

I offer troubleshooting solutions related to hardware, software operating systems (OS), applications and compatibility, as well as remotely support multiple technology devices across Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, and Apple iOS.
